Meet Stargaze!

Stargaze "Star" is a cuddle bug once she has time to settle and get to know you. After that, she tends to trust people very quickly because she trusts you. This sweet girl prefers a calm to moderately active home with a few people &/or dogs. She does not care for a home with lots of dogs &/or lots of people and high traffic. Star is probably fine with cats, but we haven't tested her.

Star loves to be on patrol! She will alert you if she hears or sees activity outside. Great little watch dog! She does has some seperation anxiety (cries when her person leaves), but will settle after a bit.

Star will bond quickly and is cautiously protective of her people, home and treats from other fur kids. If you want a velco fur baby, send in an application asap!

A completed adoption application and home visit are required for approval to adopt a CARE dog. Out of state adoptions okay. All dogs receive a distemper/parvovirus vaccine(s), kennel cough vaccine, rabies vaccine, dewormer, monthly heartworm prevention, flea & tick prevention and treatment if needed, microchip, and are spayed/neutered through CARE.
