Meet Mya & Kay!
Mya & Kay are both crate trained, leash trained, and house trained. We are looking for a forever family who can adopt BOTH girls. We will not separate them as they are very bonded to each other.
Adoption Fee: $300/Bonded Pair
Requirements: Fenced yard, prefer home without other pets or small children (only because they have been living in boarding for a bit & we haven't been able to test them ourselves).
Mya & Kay are said to be good with other dogs, kids and definitely cats. Until they came to us, they lived with 2 senior cats as well. Because their world has been ripped away from them, they are understandably feeling the effects of that at times. An adopter should expect it to take time for them to settle into their home and routine, take things slow, don't have company over until a bond is established. We can help you with the process. They trust and love us.
Mya & Kay are living in our boarding facility and do well with our staff ages 14 to 60 years old, males and females.
Their previous pet parents spent a lot of time with them, taught them many commands, got them certified as services dogs, and deeply loved them. Sadly, they fell on hard times, lost their home and surrenderd all 4 pets to CARE.
*** If anyone is looking to adopt them because they were said to be service dogs, please note - we know they are very well trained, but do not have proof of any training. Adopter would need to start from square one for any certifications. ***
