Little Guy (aka LG) is looking for a retirement home under CARE (someone fosters/adopts him, but CARE continues to cover medical). He was given a diagnosis of cancer (oral) and possibly 4 months to live. We're happy to say, three years later, he's going strong!
LG has been living in a CARE retirement home (with their 7 dogs) already, but the largest resident dog has decided to turn on LG. Sometimes dogs react to other pets with cancer this way. Now the dogs have to be kept separate for their safety and this has made life tricky for everyone.
LG is very dog friendly, but not good with cats. We are hoping there's a great fit for him out there, so he can enjoy his remaining days in a loving enviroment, without the threat of a bigger dog attacking him. If you think you can provide LG a loving home, please contact us today.
